Welcome to my graduate portfolio!

You have stumbled upon my life's work! Okay, so I am only 28 and this program is technically 1/14th of my "life" so far, but it has been and will continue to be huge part of my life. These past two years will contribute to my career for the next 25 years...a quarter of a century! WOW!

Appreciation

Thank you so much to everyone that has helped me on my journey. I love you all so much!

  • My husband, best friend, and soul mate, Scott, for his mental, physical, and spiritual support. I love you!
  • My son, and other "bestest friend", Sean, for his understanding while mommy was doing her "homework".
  • My mother, LTC Janice Greear for her inspiration and motivation. You make everything possible!
  • My sister, Erin, for helping me to stay awake on those late nights and, more importantly, for always asking, "what can I do to help?". You cannot possibly understand how much I appreciate your thoughtfulness!
  • My second momma, mentor, and department chair, Dr. Pansy Forrester. Words aren't enough to express my love and gratitude for all that you do for me! Your prayers alone have made a world of difference.
  • My Father-In-Law and my Mother-In-Law, Dennis and Sonia Garner. You both helped me through my undergraduate program and saw me through yet another. Mimi, I wouldn't have been able to complete this program if it wasn't for you tremendous support and babysitting services!! Thank you both.
  • My internship advisor, "librarian" mentor and confidant Ms. Jennifer Still. Thank you for gently getting me on task during my many times of procrastination!! You understood me and my "crises" when others outside of the profession could not and for that I will be forever grateful.
